    displayed.

Word 2007:

  1. Click the Microsoft Office button, and click the Word Options button (at
the very bottom of the drop-down menu on the right).

  2. In the Word Options window, click Resources; under about Microsoft
    Word 2007
    , note the version.

To send me a print screen of your computer screen for troubleshooting:

  1. Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard, which is usually found on the right side of the top row of the keyboard. This takes an actual "picture" of your computer screen at that point.

  2. To capture only the active window (not the entire screen), press Alt + Print Screen together. Open Word and click Paste to see a screen capture of the active window only.

  3. To see how this works, from your browser window, click Help, About Internet Explorer; press Alt + Print Screen. Open Word and click Paste to see a screen capture of the active window only. Press the Print Screen button and click Paste to see the entire screen captured.

To rename a file:

  1. In Windows Explore or on the Windows Desktop, right-click the desired file.

  2. Click Rename.

  3. Type the new name in box and click outside the box.
